What Speed Should I Use?
We have compressed our videos in two speeds: 56k & 300k.The higher
the speed the larger the video and the clearer the picture. Only broadband
internet users have the capability to view the 300k speed. Choose the video
speed that corresponds to the type of Internet connection you have. If you
are using phone dial-up such as AOL, Microsoft or Earthlink then choose 56k
if you have Cable or DSL use the 300k speed.

Why Does
It Take So Long For The Video To Start Playing?
It may take 10 to 15 seconds before the video begins
playing because the video is buffering. Once the buffering is complete
the video begins playing the buffered portion while the remainder of the
data continues streaming behind it. You may also experience longer buffering
times during high traffic periods.
